Really good recipes and easy to follow.

We were totally new to air fryers and needed information and guidance. Therefore we bought this book. It is titled ninja but includes information relevant to any air fryer and any family.It has been very useful to us.It included a wide range of meals. We do use it regularly but - by choice - do not tend to use much of the ‘sweets’ options.We would recommend this book.We are also aware that there are many other books on air fryers and may try another one for comparison and for other menus.In addition there are a lot of menus ( too many ! ) on the internet..

PRODUCT: Cookbook for dual zone air fryerFUNCTIONALITY: There are 95 pages and the recipes start at page 15. Prior to this there are sections on health benefits of air frying and environmental impact. I would have preferred more recipes.There are two recipes per page. All have a colour photograph of the finished product. Each recipe includes, ingredients, prep time, cook time, number of servings and directions for making.It also includes nutritional values of each recipe (per serving) - calories, carbs, fat and protein.The book is divided into sections: Breakfast, light lunches, dinners, savory snacks, starters, wholesome sides, vegetarian/vegan and desserts.So far I have noticed that a couple of the recipes call for the aid of an appliance other than an air fryer. The all English breakfast requires a frying pan for the eggs and the crumpets require a saucepan to heat up the honey. Plus, some of the guidance states, 'cook within 10 mins' or 'cook within 15 mins.' Not sure why it is so vague. Does the author mean this is the maximum time, but keep checking the food because it may be done before? Perhaps all air fryer cooking is trial and error. I am new to this so I don't know.However, unlike other air fryer cookbooks that are on the market, this does appear to be a genuine UK version. There are 161 recipes (if I have counted correctly).The free gift of 30 day meal planner etc., is obtainable by a QR code on the inside back cover of the book.All the recipes are brief, simple and designed for the Ninja dual zone air fryer. I have just purchased a Ninja dual zone AF300, so I am looking forward to experimenting.At the time of this review the book was £11.99, which I think is reasonable. I would recommend this cookbook.

I chose this book because it is described as "for beginners". The recipes appear to have been translated from a foreign language - eg "cook within 10 minutes". Does this mean for 10 minutes or for up to 10 minutes? As a beginner I need to know. I would like an index sorted by the most important ingredient not by a description - eg "couscous" not "warm". Recipe titles seem to shout the last words in the name, not what they are about - eg "bangers and mash with ONION GRAVY". The most useful thing was the bonus free gift. Reading the book and the bonus recipes together made things clearer. All in all the book was useful, but I doubt I will ever use it again once I understand what I am doing.

I bought this Air Fryer cook book to use with the Ninja dual drawer Air Fryer. It has some lovely recipes and there are also photos of what your food will look like which is very helpful. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase.

Book specifically refers to ninja duel zone air fryer, yet hardly any recipes utilize the two zones, there is nothing about the roast, bake or dehydrate options. Some recipies are not recipes, new potatoes with dill for example, others are cooked on a stove with a minor element being done in the air fryer, lamb soup for example has full recipe but the air fryer is only used for croutons. All in all, very disappointing. Oh and the qcode for bonus 30 day meal plan does not work either.
