Or you could use screws. The capacity of the bags of Purell is large and does not need constant refilling. You operate by pushing lever so it is NOT touches. But, you don't need batteries. The nurses and techs at mom's senior center love it. Great for preventing spread of viruses. ## Frequently Bought Together - PURELL NXT Push-Style SPACE SAVER Sanitizer Dispenser, Dove Grey, for 1000 mL PURELL NXT Sanitizer Gel Refills (Pack of 1) - 2120-06 - PURELL Advanced Hand Sanitizer Green Certified Gel, Fragrance Free, 1000 mL Refill for CS2 and NXT Manual Hand Sanitizer Dispenser (Pack of 8) - 4163-08 --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/585289846-purell-space-saver-hand-sanitizer-dispenser-1000-ml-capacity-dove](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/585289846-purell-space-saver-hand-sanitizer-dispenser-1000-ml-capacity-dove) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-08*
