Thick quilted fabric appears to be durable only time will tell. However the fabric is slightly scratchy for those of us with very sensitive skin. We purchased these covers (we needed two to sufficiently cover our sectional) to protect our new sectional from dirt and stains. The grandchildren has made the sectional one of their play areas napping watching shows and fort building. With three rambunctious young ones and adults sitting shifting living on it even with the additionally purchased clips it won't stay in place. Despite this what I dislike the most is that when the seat cushions inevitably slide out, the only way to adjust them is to unclip the top and the bottom adjust and then recliner not and easy task if you suffer from low back pain which I do. The armrest portions also shift. Overall it does help prevent dirt and stains but I think the old-fashioned cover would have worked just as well and would have been easier to adjust.

Returned this poor fitting and didn’t look right on my sectional not impressed at all.

I bought this to cover a spot on the couch where the leather was peeling. It looks and feels great seems to be a quality product. It doesn't work securely to well since the cushions on my couch are sewn in. I seems like it would still slide around fairly easily even if that was not the case, but this offered a cheap and effective solution to my issue. Overall I feel like there may be better covers but this one fit my needs just fine.

If you don’t care about the top (back?) of your couch being covered these are fine. The elastic that goes behind the back of the couch slinks down to the very bottom and settles into the crack between the back cushion and the seat cushion. There isn’t a button or a hook or anything to hook the top of the cover to the elastic in the back so it doesn’t fall down constantly. There should be a strap you can run the elastic through or a button or something. It’s incredibly annoying. As soon as my dog sits down in the corner it all falls down and, because this is a corner seat, it doesn’t keep the entire cushion covered. As soon as the back falls half the cushion is uncovered. I don’t think these are worth the price considering how they don’t function as they should. It would be more cost effective (and work just as well) if you just put down a quilt or blanket or something.
