A little of the firm side
LOVE THIS MATTESS. So worth the cost. We bought ours on the firmer side because, you can always soften a mattress with a topper but if you buy too soft of a mattress then you’re kinda stuck with it.Quality is nice. We have a king size, the fit is nice, and with the added mattress topper there’s little to no back pain. 😌

Delivery issue
The bed is great once it got here. It was rescheduled twice, then I had to reorder it. It was rescheduled 3 more times. We paid for unboxing and removing old bed. My husband was home when it was delivered, so he didn’t know about unboxing. He did have to ask them to take the old mattress and helped them carry it out. I love Amazon, but I will not order furniture or anything large again.

Not impressed
I still have alot of pain, way more firmer than I hoped . Going to try to switch out . Maybe I’ll have more luck with another mattress . Amazon doesn’t allow me space to talk to them or message seller with concerns …

HARD MATTRESS
I'm still figuring out how to make this mattress with a LIFETIME GUARANTEE to be comfortable. They sent a topper, that bubbles up everytime I get out of bed I have to rearrange it because it has no straps on the corners to hold it in place. Being disabled my hands are not as strong or flexible in the middle of the night. I was told I only have until April 2025 to test it even tho it also said there's a LIFETIME GUARANTEE. With the topper my sheets won't stay on either. I had no idea this mattress (it was very expensive, being a disabled Senior on a limited budget it was a real chore to afford the better one, supposedly) would be such a problem. I've been emailing w a person at your company but still don't feel happy about this. Like I said, a very HARD mattress. I'm wondering if I can get 100%cotton, or 50/50 cotton/polyester sheets with super huge pockets might help if the have super elastic to hold them on and not stretch out to maybe, keep the topper in place.The topper is also a bit warm. And the Amazon recommended mattress protector wouldn't fit at all. It was way too small even without the topper that is only 2 inches thick.

Feels great, helped my back pain
I've had this mattress now for over 3 months. It feels great! It's the right amount of firmness to where I don't sink into the mattress, and it supports my lower back. I used to have a lot of lower back pain with my previous mattress. It hurt to barely bend over after getting out of bed. But not with this mattress!
