LOVE , would rebuy if i had to!
Loved the colors and thought the price was great, i liked how you could choose how many you wanted. Ive been stopped a few times now asking where i got them. My kids love them and i personally use them for us to communicate while they are outside or a little bit more freedom for my olders ones in the store. I just dislike that sometimes were on the same channels as others so i have to look for an empty channel a few times but it doesnt bother me enough to not use them. My kids range from 10-5 and they all can use them without an issue. They look exactly like the picture and use usb-c to charge/ also each one comes with a charger/ wrist strap and necklace piece.

making Mom feel safer, cutely!
EDIT: A few months after my initial purchase, i have more information to add to my review. There's good news and bad news. First, the bad news. Out of the 6 radios total i've put into use, two of them became unresponsive after a very short period of time (one around 3 weeks, the other at 6 weeks); by "unresponsive" i mean that none of the buttons did anything when pressed, and incoming transmissions were ignored. The good news, part one: there turned out to be a fix for this!! Hold down FM (the nose) and PTT (the talk button on the ear) to reset the radio. It worked like a charm! The good news, part two: the seller was really super cool through this, and went way, WAY above and beyond to make sure i was happy. They actually restored a small piece of my crumbling faith in humanity -- they were THAT NICE. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Although my elderly mother lives with me, she remains very afraid of injuring herself in a fall and not being found for a while. An emergency call button didn't seem like a good fit for our situation, so since i'm always nearby, we thought we'd try having her wear a walkie-talkie. I selected these because they're small and can be worn either as a pendant or a watch; the fact that they're also cute was basically icing. I was concerned Mom might have trouble with the sound quality, as she's a little deaf, but she can hear and understand me just fine through them. After trying them out for a bit, we decided we like them well enough to order a second set so that two of them can be charging while the other two are in use. Speaking of charging, my personal experience implies that "5 days stand-by" may be an overgenerous estimate, or at the very least, somewhat misleading. Mom and i exchange maybe 2 sentences per day via walkie-talkie, and still the batteries never seem to last more than two days (her unit needs charging more often than mine -- usually every day -- for reasons clarified in the next paragraph). To be fair, we have NOT tested the stand-by time by leaving the radios turned off for 5 straight days to see if the batteries last that long, but then again, i can't think of any reason why being able to do that would be useful to anybody. When i first got these, i was excited to see that there's an option to lock all buttons except PTT (push to talk), since i hoped it would reduce the odds Mom would set off something noisy when rolling over onto the pendant in her sleep. However, it appears that *only* the menu button (right eyelid) is locked by this function. Mom is constantly pressing the nose button by accident, which turns on the FM radio and startles her. For obvious reasons, i didn't want this to happen while she's sleeping or cooking, but those are of course the circumstances under which she's most likely to inadvertently hit the button. My initial solution was to find an FM frequency that's almost silent, but since she couldn't hear it, her walkie was often running -- draining the battery -- either until i noticed the crackling sound, or until she heard the "low battery" signal. So i have now set her radio to an FM station loud enough for her to hear, but hopefully not loud enough to give her a heart attack when it comes on unexpectedly. If this doesn't work out, i may have to shave off the nose button, which i only haven't already done because Mom thought it would make the kitteh look less cute. In any case, we do like the walkie-talkies well enough to have ordered two pair. I set all four of the units to the same channel and they work together perfectly. The wristbands are scored along almost their entire length, allowing them to fit wrists anywhere from "small child" to "obese woman" (that would be me). Mom likes the way they look -- both the colors and the cuteness -- and loves the added feeling of security.

Saves my voice when 'walking' with an active 4 yr old
After finding myself yelling across the park like a crazed mother as my little one scooted down the path happily oblivious to the ever-growing distance between us... I realized I needed a better solution. My kiddo has always been 'independent' and I don't want to squash that tendency, but I also don't need to lose her at the mall or on a simple walk! I found these and they are P.E.R.F.E.C.T!!!! OMG!!! The fact they come with a lanyard or a wrist band is huge! She wears it as a watch (Like Penny from BOLT!) and I have it on a lanyard so I can also walk the dog or carry stuff. I turned hers to VOX mode (ie: she just has to talk into it and it transmits to me), I have mine on Push To Talk (PTT), so I can have a conversation with someone without activating. Eventually we just turned VOX off on hers as she actually likes to push the button... I also LOCKED the buttons on her walkie so she can't mess around with them or push the wrong one and change our Frequency by mistake... The instructions are pretty crap, but once you play around for a little bit, you will get it. Simple steps to setup: 1 - Plug them in and leave them alone to let them just fully charge (you should always do this with new electronics) for at least 6 hours. 2 - Turn them on - (small on/off button on top of unit between ears - hold it down for about 3 seconds) 3 - Turn on FM mode (optional) - (press the small FM button between the 'eyes' - (Personally, we turned on FM Mode - I think the sound quality is better, you can select a frequency and a corresponding encryption to negate interference (there is a chart, but we just made ours the same number) see next steps... 4 - Press the MENU button (the top right eyelid) - this is the most important button as you use it to scroll thru all the other options. (it is also the LOCK button to lock out all the keys except PTT - if you hold it down for 3 seconds) * Press menu ONCE to select the channel you want (between 1 and 22) (use the left eyelid (volume/up) and eyeball (volume/down) to change the channels) * Press menu TWICE to select the encryption channel you want (between 1 and 38) - again use the left eyelid/ball to choose the channel. ****NOTE!! Both Walkies need to be set to the SAME Channel and ENCRYPTION in order to work (and also FM if you selected that option). Once you have done the above 4 (.2) steps - the walkies will work great!! Volume buttons are the left eyelid/eyeball. and to LOCK the buttons except for PPT hold down the Menu (right eyelid) for 3 seconds. The rest of the options are just that... options: * Press menu THREE times to select VOX mode (ie: kid doesn't need to press PTT button)... I've had mixed results with this - it works if you have a lot to say, but not so much if you just say 1 word ... also it picks up a lot of false sounds so there is a lot of blurping for no reason... (there are 3 sensitivity settings)... try it but I've since turned it off. * Menu 4 Times is the 'call tone' - you can choose from 10 different tones... this only gets activated if you press the right eyeball on your device and then it makes a call tone to the other device... this may be good if you need to really get their attention!!! But it doesn't seem to activate speaking... you still need to then hit PTT... The rest are just whatever. These are great, and I also don't see why you couldn't add more devices, as long as you are all on the same frequency/encryption channel. and YES - there is a Headset Jack!!

Great (but had issues with some not working)
UPDATE: Customer service replaced the one that didn't work. The ones that have worked have been great. Easily operable by 4 & 5 year olds The kids love playing with them and I like being able to communicate with them while they are on the playground or a few houses down at a friend's house (when I had knee surgery and could not follow them around easily). We wear them when attending events with crowds. The call button is very loud, which can be annoying but also super helpful in loud places to get the attention of the kiddos. The little fm radio on it doesn't really pick much up but who cares about that. The battery is decently impressive. We've used it for multiple play times and then left them on (on accident) over night and then used them for play again before having to recharge. I recommend these to friends and family (as long as they work and/or customer service replaces the ones that arrive non-functioning). OP: The green one came out of the box not working. It wouldn't play any sounds. I sent them back for an exchange. The second box I got, everything worked fine for about 2 weeks then the blue one stopped making sound. My boys keep the walkie talkies on their wrists and we aren't using them inappropriately. They don't feel cheaply made but the fact that 2 out of two sets have been broken with no to little use, makes me feel like they are made poorly. I'm going to try one more time. Will update.

Excellent Battery Life and Great Range!
These were awesome! We took them camping and turned them off whenever we weren’t using them, and after three days, the battery had only dropped by one bar. My son absolutely loved his. He likes to wander off and play with his cousins at nearby campsites, so these were a great way for us to stay in touch. Several of our family members even asked me for the link because they were so impressed. We didn’t have any issues with them at all. The lanyard option was really convenient, and my son especially loved wearing his like a watch. Overall, these were a fantastic purchase, and I’d definitely recommend them!

Amazing Value – Great Reception and Fun to Use
I bought these to use with my team at school, and they have been fantastic! The reception and distance are amazing—we tested them all around the school and had zero interruptions. The sound is very clear, making communication easy to understand. The bright, fun colors are a nice touch, and they come with both a watch band and a neck strap. We personally clip them to our badge lanyards, and the students sometimes use them as well. They’re super lightweight, so even kids can handle them comfortably. The durability is impressive—I’ve dropped mine multiple times, and it still works perfectly. For the cost, this is an excellent value. I highly recommend these for teachers, families, or kids who just want to have fun talking to friends around the neighborhood. The quality feels solid and not cheap, so there’s no worry about them breaking with regular use. A great purchase all around!

Perfect watch walkie talkies
Perfect watch walkie talkies. My 4 year old son and I have been using them at our local indoor jungle gym. I stay with my 1 year old while he goes all over the place and I don’t have to worry. They’re easy for him to use, have great range, and slip on and off our wrists relatively easily because the strap is a little stretchy. They don’t fall off though because of the silicone. Lots of parents and kids have asked us about them at the jungle gym.
