This is a really nice product overall. It cuts and seals the sandwich perfectly and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. It’s easy to use, feels sturdy and solid , easy to clean, and doesn’t feel cheap at all. The only thing to figure out is what to do with the leftover bread after cutting, but that’s expected with this kind of tool. Other than that, it works great and is worth every penny. I’d definitely recommend it.

Perfect! I have previously used the other type of uncrustable makers they tend to squish it down too much and you age the PB&J squishing out. This one keeps it puffy and has less waste, it cuts it so close to the crust that you’re getting a bigger uncrustable. I highly recommend if your kids love them as much as mine.

I originally bought this in September 2024 after trying several other sandwich sealers that promised to make homemade Uncrustables. It’s now July 2026 and after nearly two years of using it roughly ten times a week I can honestly say this is still the best sandwich sealer I’ve tried. I’m a homeschooling mom so I’m responsible for every breakfast and lunch year-round. My oldest daughter has several food aversions and homemade Uncrustable-style sandwiches are one of the meals she’ll happily eat without complaint. Because of that this little gadget gets used constantly in my house. Before buying this one I tried three other styles. I used the one piece cookie press style, the two piece cutter and crimper style, and even the Pampered Chef Cut-N-Seal. While they the first two worked occasionally- neither of them were consistently reliable. The Pampered Chef version worked but also costs considerably more than I wanted to spend. This one has been different. It has never failed to completely seal a sandwich for me, and the price is amazing. For peanut butter and jelly sandwiches I spread peanut butter on both slices of bread. That creates a barrier that helps prevent the jelly from soaking into the bread. Then I spoon the jelly into the center of one slice, breaking it up slightly instead of leaving one large blob. After placing the second slice on top, I firmly press the sandwich in the cutter and gently rock it back and forth on the countertop while applying pressure. Every sandwich comes out perfectly round and completely sealed. I know you just read instructions on how to make a sandwich but in this maker it really makes a difference. I’ve used smooth peanut butter, crunchy peanut butter, Nutella, marshmallow fluff, honey, and several different kinds of jelly. Every combination has sealed well without the bread becoming soggy. The thing I appreciate most is that this isn’t just useful for peanut butter and jelly though. I regularly use it to make sealed grilled cheese sandwiches, sloppy joes, tuna sandwiches, chicken sandwiches, and egg sandwiches. It works especially well with messier fillings because everything stays contained while my kids eat. Most of the peanut butter sandwiches are made either the night before or the morning we’re going to eat them, so they typically sit anywhere from five to seventeen hours before being served. They stay sealed the entire time without the filling leaking out. I’ve also frozen peanut butter and jelly sandwiches to thaw later, and they have stayed perfectly sealed after defrosting. Cleaning has been simple. Most of the time I just place both pieces in the dishwasher. If I hand wash it, a bottle brush easily reaches into the grooves. I have taken this maker on vacation with me because of ease of cleaning and ease of use. After using this several times a week for nearly two years and making well over a thousand sandwiches I would absolutely buy it again. Matter of fact I did: I bought one for my sister. The maker consistently produces better results than every other sandwich sealer I’ve tried, and it’s become one of the most used kitchen gadgets in our house. Pros: Creates consistently sealed sandwiches. Has never failed to seal a sandwich in nearly two years of use. Works with peanut butter, jelly, Nutella, marshmallow fluff, honey, and other fillings Great for grilled cheese, sloppy joes, tuna, chicken, and egg sandwiches. Sandwiches stay sealed for hours and even after freezing. Easy to clean by hand or in the dishwasher. Excellent value compared to more expensive sandwich sealers. Has held up to heavy use making well over 1,000 sandwiches. Cons: Round shape leaves bread scraps that need to be eaten separately or used in another recipe like French toast bake. That con is a joke. There is no downside to this maker. I do keep the crust though for French toast bake or bread crumbs though. No waste here.

100% recommend! Save money, make your own and can make them with homemade bread. So yummy! Kid approved 😂! Great quality super easy to clean metal ring comes off to clean it all really good in between use.

Grabbed this mainly to make homemade uncrustables for the kids and it honestly works better than I expected. Super simple to use and it seals the edges well without tearing the bread apart. We tried both peanut butter and jelly plus ham and cheese and both turned out great. The size is good for kids lunches and snacks, and it definitely cuts down on waste compared to buying pre made sandwich pockets all the time. My kids thought it was fun helping make them too, which somehow made lunch prep less of a battle for once. Awesome little kitchen tool! Good price! --- Plastic feels sturdy enough and the hinge opens and closes smoothly. Cleanup has been easy so far since crumbs don’t get stuck all over the place. I also like that it cuts and seals in one motion instead of needing multiple tools. --- For the price, this is honestly a pretty handy little kitchen gadget if you have kids or just want quick grab and go sandwiches. One of those random purchases that ends up getting used way more than expected.

I was honestly surprised by how well this works! It seals the edges really well and makes sandwiches just like Uncrustables. My kids love them, and now I can make them at home for a fraction of the cost. It's easy to use, easy to clean, and has already saved me money. If you buy Uncrustables regularly, this is definitely worth it!
