How do I store these once opened?

Normally I press the self seal top and turn it down with an elastic band around the bag. I did put them in an old ice cream container lined with kitchen foil. Either way both were ok, although I have to admit they are not around for long because they are very nice as snacks in a dish when I have a good book ! Superb quality and a favourite of ours. Enjoy !

Can these be used to make wine?

As far as the Cherries are completely natural, without sugar, no additives and Unsulphured... Why not? Definitely, these can be used to make wine.

What are the full list of ingredients please?

It says on the packet that it’s 100% natural - premium quality - no additives - non-sulphered - without sugar - freshly sealed. There is nothing anywhere on the packet to indicate that the product is anything other than 100% dried cherries.
