Very cute! Soft plastic. They fit true to size. I’m a 7 or 7.5. Ordered these in the 7.I wore them for a couple of hours for an 80s dress up and didn’t even feel them. Pretty comfortable and the sparkle is adorable.The smell is noticeable in a small area but not as bad as some reviews. Arrived the next day!

Cute, comfy, opalescent, and stink horribly
I always wear a 7 and these 7s fit well but next time I’m going for a snugger fit with a 6 1/2. Very comfortable, love how sort of opalescent they are. But they stink horribly and I put them in a spare room for 7 days and now the whole room stinks very badly. I thought initially that I would keep them but the stink is too bad.

Cute but uncomfortable
These are adorable but after a minute they hurt my pinky toe from the rubbing and your feet get rather sweaty after not very long so you can’t wear them for very long.
