On my second bottle. Taste 5 star. Value 4 star. Impact for hair 5 star. Been taking two gummies daily, at the end of 30 days hair seems thicker. Unfortunately still shedding, but shedding less comes over time. I’m also using the gummies in conjunction with an infrared hair stimulator. Will update more at the end of two months.

I'm honestly not sure how to write these, I personally haven't noticed a difference with my hair but I know that vitamins are tricky as if you're taking them for a long period of time usually you have to in order for you to get results that is due to gradual changes. That said if I were to stop taking them I would probably be able to give a better review based off of how well they work. What I can say about them is that they taste really good! I'm very picky but also I noticed that gummy vitamins sometimes they have a weird taste or flavor to them there's not many Brands out there that cater to certain flavors and this one does and I really like them so if anything they're good little fruit snack LOL. I hope they help but I'm not sure to tell you the truth. P.S. I see a lot of yummy tasting and im second guessing my initial review because at the end of the day these vitamins cost money and it seems like every year the price goes up and I've been taking it for approximately 2 years now and I'm still not sure about it outside of the fact that it tastes really good and that I like it as a fruit snack if anything. I have thyroid problems which contributes to my particular hair loss reason but that being said there's nothing wrong with the follicle which means taking biotin or anything that stimulates more hair growth should eventually help the process and help me grow my hair back. If people with alopecia that let their hair follicle lay dormant for a while they're follicle might be dead altogether and need a dermatologist at that point you're basically going to waste your money on buying vitamins. I will probably continue to buy this vitamin and monitor the reviews but I'm also a licensed hairdresser and know that results don't happen over a week or over 2 weeks or over 3 weeks it's more like 3 to 6 months so don't look at reviews that say that they've noticed any changes within a week to 3 weeks to even 2 months because you can't really gauge any change that suddenly your hair just does not grow that fast.

i had been noticing thinning hair (my hair has never been a thick mane but fine strands and a lot of them per my hairdressers in the past) but the last year or so i have noticed such age related thinning. lots of hair in the sink and in brush. so, about 6 months ago, i started to take these. it took a while (nothing happens over a few weeks) but first it was my nails which were fine and now i have to trim! they look amazing. my hair has definitely thickened and i may notice a strand in the sink (i have short hair) and not much on my brush. I've been very happy with these easy to take, delicious gummies.

These taste extremely good, but I noticed brittle nails and hair loss. I really don’t think they are working.

First month, so not sure of effectiveness, but they taste wonderful. I was taking spoiled child and it was awful. I know I will continue with these, as it takes a few months to see results. I will return to add a follow up

I like these gummies because it's vegan,tasty and easy to chew.No medicine smell.After consuming 1 bottle my hair fall is reduced .This is my second bottle.I think I should continue to consume regularly to get better results.
