Appear to be good
Has improved my sleep, I take them 60mins before bed and take them with food…I only take 2 tablets as my stomach can’t handle anymore than 2. I found them difficult to swallow at first but I have managed to persevere with them, you are able to open the capsule and mix with water though as it states on the packet. I take these as they bypass my gut and I take Lansoprazole daily which is causing me malabsorption. I am having bloods done next month so fingers crossed my magnesium levels haven’t decreased any more. If they haven’t then I will continue to buy this product as it will be effective for maintaining my levels. 4 tablets contain 308mg of elementary magnesium so I am aware I am getting half of this dose with the two tablets I am taking.
