Just right for a breakfast bar of quick snack. Filling without leaving a nasty “sweet” aftertaste. Best of all….good for you!

These bars are great I eat one while drinking a protein shake in the morning keeps me satisfied until I’m ready to eat a late lunch. Great tasting as well.

First off, these bars taste great and you can't beat the all natural ingredients. The BIG problem, and why this only gets two stars, is the bars get so stuck to your teeth that you can make a meal out of what's stuck there hours later. I have to brush my teeth immediately after eating as the teeth coating drives me bonkers. I buy these things every 5 years because I keep forgetting how sticky they are. Hopefully I'll remember next time and avoid.
