FreeNavi Mic 3.5mm Microphone External Assembly for Car Vehicle Head Unit Bluetooth Enabled Audio Stereo Radio GPS DVD

I kept getting complaints that my Bluetooth is muffled while on the phone with my aftermarket radio I installed a couple of years ago. I ordered this mic and installed it instead of the one that came with the radio and the response is very positive from people I converse with on the phone now via Bluetooth. Happy that this purchase resolved my bad voice issues with my radio.

I didn't install it till a few days ago. It is awful. Bad quality. They can barely hear me. Don't buy. I don't know if it's just the one I received or what. I am not satisfied with my purchase.

Didn't work, folks couldn't hear me on the phone. Switched brand, worked.

U get what u pay for, you have to speak up louder than normal for the mic to pick up what u say

Great budget mic. Sound quality appears to be fine. I tested it out by calling a few people in the car and they all said that they can hear me loud and clear. The mic is a bit chunky in comparison to many other options but I hid near the sun visor at the top of my car where it is minimal distraction for me. My only issue is whilst installing, I twisted the camera off of its mount quite easily but was not heavily annoyed considering the price compared to others. However, I think this product is still slightly over priced for what you get.

Bought this to work with a Chinese Android car head unit for hands-free phone calls. The internal mic of this unit worked, but not very well. I mounted this mic in the lighting unit in the headlining, where the factory mic would go, and ran the integrated cable along inside the headliner, down the A-pillar, and behind the glovebox to the head unit. You have to be prepared to examine the pin-outs of the head unit rear connections, and solder-up the right connector as neccessary. Having done all that, the mic worked very well, giving clear speech to the listener and working perfectly with the echo-cancelling. Very pleased.

Wired up microphone. Tested quality which was fine. Went to switch from 'u clip' to sticky pad by pulling out the ball located at end, however, due to cheap brittle plastic immediately snapped. Managed to improvise and hold in position using van trim. Quality of plastic poor and weak.

Value for money

Questo microfono, orientabile, mi ha stupito per la sua qualità e per l'ottima la ricezione della voce, sopprime i disturbi esterni tanto che riesco a parlare anche con i finestrini aperti. Il filo è molto lungo, non lo ho misurato ma pur avendolo posizionato in alto vicino al parasole, ed avendogli fatto fare il giro del vetro anteriore, si riesce a raggungere l'autoradio ed avanza ancora del filo. Lo ho acquistato in sostituzione del microfono in dotazione di serie con l'autoradio con il quale non mi sentiva nessuno e sono soddisfattissimo.
