These work! They have cut down on the odor in my car! I don’t even notice if his bag is in my car or not. At first they have a sting smell but as it absorbs the odor from the shoes I don’t notice it. My son likes to tease his friends about his bananas in his shoes! Hey they work!

I really did not want to spend $20 on these but man are they high quality. Right out of the package they are super fresh and keep my shoes clean and smelling great. They are worth the $20.

I’ve used Amazon for a decade and this is my first time leaving a review. That is how absolutely stoked I am about these bananas. I go to the gym directly after work. When I get to the gym and I take my work boots off, I can very quickly smell that boot/foot smell filling the entrance of the gym. I didn’t want to be known as the smelly boot guy at the gym so I bought a spray boot deodorizer off of Amazon. The spray would make the boot smell nice immediately after spraying it but the freshness would not stay. It was the same as spraying your boot with some febreeze. After a few weeks with the spray I went back to Amazon to try something else. That’s when I ordered the Boot Bananas. It only took a day or two of leaving them in my boots overnight for me to notice the difference. The fresh smell from the bananas lasts and it is extremely effective. Now when I take my boots off in the gym, there is no immediate smell other than the deodorizer scent of the bananas from the night before. If you are having any similar issues with smelly boots or shoes I highly recommend this product!

I appreciate that these are reusable and eco‑conscious — no more wasting disposable inserts every few weeks. They seem durable, and I like that the pair is supposed to last 6–12 months. They don’t make your shoes smell like a strong fragrance; instead, they simply freshen the air and neutralize odors, which is exactly what I want. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that they take a little time to fully neutralize stronger odors in very smelly shoes. For regular everyday use, though, they’re excellent and definitely worth it.

I put these in my figure skates because they smell like sweat, and within about 2 days, there was no smell! These give off a lavender smell so if you don’t like that then you might not like these. Overall a great product if you need a deodorizer.

Husband works in construction and came home with work boots that were super smelly and wet due to the rain and walking through mud puddles. Refused to put them back on for 3 days due to the heavy smell and left them on our porch. Bought these and left them in overnight, 90% of the smell was gone and he wore them for work the next morning. Will def keep some of these on hand for future purposes.

I've been alternating them between my boots and work shoes. After working all day/night, then wearing my boots the next morning (before showering), my feet smelled just like the bananas! No bad odor whatsoever 😃 10/10 They really work!

Im required to leave my boots in my locker at work when I clock out and I was just stuffing it with a couple of dryer sheets to try and help control the odor. It didn't work that well. These however have a very strong medicinal kind of smell that does. With that being said it does cover the dirty feet smell but the smell it does cover it up with may not be for some people. They have some weight to them as well so even if youre sticking it in some regular shoes and not boots they should be able to stand up and stay in place well.

Makes my stinky climbing shoes smell less gross

Not as good as I thought. It smells pretty weird and it tends to get the bad smell of the shoes and hold it as well, creating a nasty overall smell. It didn’t do much for my shoes…
