I purchased this heater for my chicken coop and paired it with a thermostat. It performed so well I purchased an additional three for other pens and my greenhouse. Highly recommend this product.

I got this for my small plastic lined greenhouse (8x8). It struggles to keep it over 50°f on cold nights. I also attempted to use it on our deck in an enclosed canopy (10x10) and it was nowhere near comfortable for us to be out there without coats. Its not a bad heater, it just lacks oomph, even in smaller spaces.

This little guy puts out a ton of heat considering the size. For the price it’s definitely worth it. I use it in two car garage. It doesn’t really heat up the area, but if you’re in front of it, it’s great.

Well, it gets hot and has a fan, so it does do kindof what it says which is the only reason it got 3 stars, but does not heat up any substantial outdoor space.

It worked as advertised. It was smaller than expected.

This item is the epitome of deceptive advertising. The picture makes you think this heater emits this glowing heat. You can put your hand on it and not feel hot air; maybe just warm. It is advertised for use on a patio; it could not even warm up the underneath of your desk! The heating coil is only about 6" square.This is an excellent example of why you really need to read all of the product specifications before you buy something online.Probably the biggest disappointment I have ever had, buying something online.

I'm in coastal San Diego & the brutal Winter puts the morning temperature, on my patio home-office, all the way down around 60° F. I've lived in Boston. I know that's not actual cold but it's not warm either.My patio is shielded from wind by nearby walls as well as shades that are more dense than window screens but still porous. It's not completely enclosed yet not exactly outdoors.This is a very bad heater for non-enclosed spaces. I have it less than 4 feet from me, at full power, & it makes maybe the slightest difference.Up close, it toasted my toes but not my upper body.It might work okay in a garage with the door open but not in actual, cold weather.The unit is well constructed. I can see where it can withstand being outdoors but functioning as an outdoor heater is quite an overstatement.There was no assembly. It came out of the box ready to roll.It's a reasonable price, for an indoor heater, so I'll keep it but that's not what I thought I was buying.

I used this heater to help thaw out some water lines during freezing temperatures in North Texas. It did a great job and didn't take up any unnecessary space.

Using it on my deck to stay warmer while I sit outside. I have a tendency to sit for an hour at a time on my deck where I smoke, drink coffee and read. It is a good way to wake up. The cold snap made it less pleasant. This little heater is quite good at warming my immediate area. Keeps my hands from freezing. Only have tried it 2 times now so I am unsure about it's durability but when I set it up to blow directly from my front it makes the whole experience quite nice.Would probably do well circulating heat indoors to with the blower but I will probably never use it for that.Glad I bought it. It will make my winter much more enjoyable than in the past.
