I'm replacing the winch on my jet ski trailer. Is one better than the other for this purpose** A: You would only need a 1 Speed. 1 Speed is for smaller boats and jet skis. I would not consider 2 speed unless you have a 21 foot boat or larger. **Q: 2 Questions. #1 how wide is the existing strap? #2 how easy is the strap to change out?** A: Approximately 2” wide but why would you want to replace a perfectly good strap? **Q: This item is listed as an Amazon choice product which means ready for immediate shipment but your ad says ships in 4-6 weeks. What is the deal??** A: I got mine in a week or so. ## Frequently Bought Together - Fulton FW20000101 F2 Trailer Winch with Strap - 2000 lb.
