I would not skip this seller! Phone came with new screen and in excellent condition, my favorite thing is the sound when you close it. Good phone if you want something cute and unique. You can play games on the outside display as well. I chose the flip 5 over the newer versions because the pinkish-lilac matches my s9fe tablet perfectly. In love with my purchase.

Im obsessed with this phone, been wanting it for a few years now. Got it for amazing price. Just a little crease, of course because its a folded screen but barely noticeable. The battery holds pretty good, depends if its in use alot. Just get a fast charger, you will be fine. The sound is pretty loud. Im still learning the features, learn something everyday. It's exciting to have. And barely no scratches. I brought a screen protector to secure it. I just have to show off my case i got from Amazon as well. Phone in great conditions!

Perfect condition love it so much nothing is wrong with it at all 10 out of 10 recommend. Setup was easy. Quality is perfect. Battery life is way better then my iphone. Connectivity to my plan was easy.

Don’t buy it used from Amazon. It came completely broken. Screen wasn’t working,ether one. And they weren’t glued down properly. The outside screen wasn’t flush with the phone. I’ve bought other Amazon renewed Samsung phones and they were fine. But not this one

HORRID SELLER, Fantastic phone. My phone started malfunctioning within a month, but seller refused to honor the Amazon Renewed Warranty. Fantastic phone, When I had to reluctantly, suddenly & unexpectedly upgrade my zflip 3 to a zflip 5 Renewed was my only option. I'm cost conscious & purchase most of my electronics from Amazon Renewed & have have been a very satisfied customer for around a decade. This was the 1st time I've encountered an untrustworthy seller. Basically they said "You received a product & that's the only thing we guarantee. Your case is closed" I'm quite impressed with how useful the outer screen is. We couldn't hold full conversations through text with the zflip 3 so this new upgrade was a fantastic surprise. I got the zflip 3 simply for aesthetics, but I've been thrilled with how useful this line is which is why I'd decided to only purchase flips from now on.

I ordered the flip 5 that was classified as in "good" condition. I couldn't be more happy with the purchase. The bezels around the camera lenses have had the chrome rubbed off a little and there was a one half inch scratch on the back. Camera lense protectors ($6.00 on Amazon) and a case take care of them. Honestly the case is more to protect the phone than hide the scratch. The battery life is great. The screens and perfect. The hinge works perfectly. For the money paid I don't think this phone can be beat. I had a flip 3 I used for a couple years. This 5 is extraordinary!! I hope you are as happy with the phone you purchase as I am with the one I purchased!!
