I was so happy to have found Sweet Sweat balms here on Amazon! And it was a great deal on Prime Day! So, these balms work great! I love that they go on so smoothly and they don’t run all over your skin. This particular scent is so nice and subtle, it’s not over powering nor overwhelming. The balm does not cause any skin irritation, no rash, no itching. When you shower, it washes off effortlessly. I also got the Sweet Sweat band on here and left a great review. However, it was denied. I would highly recommend this product line and the fact that Amazon has it, that’s a major plus for me!

I especially like the vanilla scent, which is pleasant without being overpowering.I apply it before my workouts and use it along with a waist trimmer wrap. The combination works great for me and really helps me work up a good sweat around my midsection during exercise. The gel feels comfortable on my skin and isn’t overly sticky or messy when applied properly.Overall, Sweet Sweat has become a regular part of my workout routine.
