I love that I can control the warmth myself instead of relying on a strict plug-in setting that never feels quite right. My eyes always feel so refreshed and moisturized afterward. The only downside? This great eye mask is just what my doctor ordered. Its soft material is nice against my eyes. It heats quickly in the microwave & stays moist the right amount of time. I’ve had this a while now & works as good as it did on day one. Great buy!

The cover is very comfortable. Getting the insert in and out of it is somewhat awkward as it is flax seed and bunches up. I heated the insert for 45-50 seconds and it was comfortable but did not retain the heat as long as I expected. I find it is most comfortable when laying flat rather than a reclining position due to the flax seed shifting. It is well made.

I have severely dry eyes starting to affect my vision. My doctor recommended hot compresses throughout the day along with my two prescription drops. I chose this one based on reviews and I am so happy I did! First of all, it comes in a lovely box and inside is the mask in a zippered pouch. I keep it in the pouch to keep it clean while transporting from home to work. I'll probably just get a second one. It is so soft and comfortable to wear. I always buy fragrance free; but this has just a hint of something that is very refreshing and doesn't bother me. It's so convenient to use. I heat it up for over about a minute. It really stays warm for about 10 minutes. I just started using it and feel it working.

The moist heat feels great!!! It is will made and easy to clean. Past reviews said the heated flax seed small was overpowering. I just bought my 2nd mask and there is NO smell.

The product itself is great and gets the job done, and it has decent durability. However, one consistent issue I keep having is that the item doesn't get shipped in a box or envelope, it gets shipped using the item box itself as the shipping box, so it arrives dusty and dirty. Since it is an eyemask, this is not sanitary.

I like the weight (feels kind of snuggly), after 40 sec in the microwave I get a good 10-15 minutes of warmth. The flax seeds, when heated, smell similar to steamed edamame (not bad but not odor free). I'm very pleased with it and it definitely helps my dry eyes (when I use it once or twice a day).

Very soft and soothing. When heated for 1 minute in the microwave it gets a little steamy. Smells mild, rather nice.
