I am a fearful flyer and always have the worst case of anxiety when I fly. Hyperventilating every bump or talk of turbulence that I avoid travel these days because of my fear! I read in one of the Facebook groups someone used this patch. What the hey. Nothing to lose so I used it on my trip to Houston to Orlando and it seriously helped. It helped keep me calm as well as techniques I do to keep me from getting panicked whenever there is turbulence. But this patch really seemed to help calm me a whole lot. Definitely recommend!!! Won't fly without it.

These sleep patches are really wonderful and they actually work. Within 15 to 30 minutes.

I tried the patches during a 3-hour flight plus a 2-hour layover. I didn't notice a difference in my energy, and I don't think they helped me feel more relaxed. I tried it again on the way back home, and it was the same thing. I wouldn't repurchase it.

I tend to get anxious when flying have a hard time relaxing. These patches worked great, I felt relaxed and was even able to sleep. Usually I can’t even look out the window and with the patch I was able to enjoy my flight. You can’t even feel it. The only downside is that it does tend to get stuck on things if you don’t put it on correctly.

I rarely write reviews, but I can honestly say this is one of the best products I’ve tried. I have severe flight anxiety and often experience panic attacks during takeoff and turbulence. I’m prescribed medication for flying, but it usually makes me fall asleep, and on longer flights I worry about how I’ll feel when I wake up and still have hours left in the air. I applied the patch to my inner wrist when I boarded and took my medication as usual. Almost immediately, I felt noticeably calmer. On my return flight, I decided to try using only the patch since turbulence was expected to be minimal. To my surprise, I felt calm and comfortable throughout the entire flight. I would absolutely recommend continuing to take any medications prescribed by your doctor, but I found that this patch helped take the edge off both before my medication kicked in and as it began to wear off. It provided an extra sense of calm and made flying much more manageable for me. I’ll definitely continue purchasing these patches for future flights. They’ve become an essential part of my travel routine.

I do not feel anything when wearing these patches. Not effective for me at all. Does not help with sleep…did not help calming my anxiety…literally felt nothing.

I was skeptical of these reading some of the reviews but honestly I really like them. I have had no issues whatsoever with the adhesive sticking and it stays on 8+ hours w/o fail. It’s not a drowsy feeling like taking melatonin or a Benadryl- which is why at first I wasn’t sure if it was working. But simply noticed I would be ready to actually fall asleep quicker at night. I put the patch on around 8 and by 10 I’m ready to crash (when normally I’m up sometimes until past midnight)- but I’ve also noticed better quality of sleep once i actually fall asleep too. I love that I don’t have any drowsiness, I love that it’s natural and more homeopathic approach and love that it’s topical

This helped tremendously. Yes I took it along a Xanax but I have taken Xanax before to fly and it hasn’t helped as much as this combination. I was not stressed and even in 9 hour flight I was able to think clearly and not have a 170 heartbeat which is what I have every time I fly . I highly recommend it

It works. It helps me to relax and stay calm . It does not smell. I like it. I will buy this again. Hope the price is not that expensive.

I really liked these! Used them for an overseas flight. As other people have mentioned, they are absolutely not for helping you sleep but rather to just feel calmer in stressful situations. Three of us used them and all of us noticed a gentle calming effect without feeling drugged or out of it. The effects were subtle so I'm not sure how it would be if you were a really nervous flyer, but they worked well for us and I will definitely purchase again, for flying or any other stressful situation. The patches were very discreet.

It works wonders. I put this patch on early in the morning. I am remain calm and relax for the whole day till the patches felt off in the evening. It really works. The only complaint I have is the price. It is very expensive.
