Bissell Commercial 13" Floor Wash Vacuum & Mop

Unlike another review stated, I experienced zero leaking. This machine has great suction. The clean water take is 32 oz aka 1 liter. I liked that I controlled when the water sprays. I was able to cover quite a bit of area before the clean tank ran out. Worked great on my area rug. The cleaner it came with was a bit streaky. I'm going to try again with my own cleaner and will follow up. The dirty water tank was NASTY, so I know it cleaned. Everything was intuitive and easy to use. Self cleaning mode is nice but it only seems to clean the outside2/3rds of the roller. The center 1/3rd was still a little dirty. I have about 2300 sq ft of hard floors, so I definitely had to move the plug around. Overall I would say it is one of the best options out there after trying a few others.

Worked great initially. The pulley that spins the roller is cheap plastic and broke with once weekly use in an office space. Definitely not commercial grade.

This is a solid, fantastic product. I cannot recommend it enough. If you have large Area hard floors there is really no other option except extremely large and expensive commercial units. This unit has a A very solid industrial feel to it, and my floors have never been cleaner, I love it. If you were cleaning grout in tile, I recommend putting down the grout cleaner first and letting it soak in and then using this to vacuum it up. I used it with hydrogen peroxide and baking soda to clean the grout in my travertine tiles and it is now spotless.

Bought this vacuum cleaner to use in hospitality business and overall first impression was very good.The cord is plenty long and ease of operation makes the user experience even better.The performance of this vacuum and mop is exceptional when it comes to cleaning tiled and vinyl floors, and what takes it one step above competition is that it can used on small area rugs / carpets as well.With the overall weight of the product not exceeding 10lbs helps with extended usage in commercial application.Definitely recommend!

Received at the end of April. This is the beginning of August and it will not work. The brush roll no longer engages because hair has become trapped in a piece that’s been glued in. And we cleaned it and the brush roll after each use, both by hand and with the self cleaning feature.And of course the customer support and return window is closed.When it worked, it worked well, but who can replace a whole vacuum every three months! Not worth it.

Very disappointed in the Bissell brand. Straight out of the box, the machine leaks constantly, even when we turned it off.Would NOT recommend.
