This gets 5 stars because it works exactly as it should... *IF* you follow the instructions I found it easy to drink and not entirely unpleasant. I was able to consume the entire 32 ounces within a half-hour's time with no issue. I then followed that up by refilling the bottle twice with water and drinking that 64 ounces over the next 3 hours. It is going to give you diarrhea, let there be no surprises there. The manufacturer suggests testing 3-4 hours after consumption. I had to wait about 5 for my stomach to settle and fully purge to avoid embarrassment as I sat at the clinic waiting to be tested. The results were negative, so this review is positive. I read other reviews where people waited until the next day to take the test and failed. That *WON'T* work. This isn't a permanent cleanse because THC is stored in fat cells. Very important to use it the day of the test and give yourself about 4-5 hours before testing to allow it to work and your stomach to settle enough to get to the clinic.

Does not work!!!!! I firstly haven’t smoked weed in 35 days. I drink a ton of water and I regularly work out I followed the instructions to a T. I drank the product at 7am then drank 48oz of water with a drug test at 10:30am I had a self test kit in my house and I tested myself and it came up upclean. Product doesn’t work so DO NOT BUY.

First thing is everyone is different and has different compositions to their body. With that being said im 6ft,185lbs and i eat healthy and exercise, i am a 30m. My health choices help my metabolism to work OT still so i know that helps me a lot, this is why im saying everyone is different because if you're larger and not healthy then you likely need to stop weeks in advance rather than me which i stopped 4 days before my test. My test was at 2:30pm, but were gonna start 24hrs early before the test. Were gonna drink 1 jug of arizona green tea from 2:30 till bed 9:30-10:30ish. Green Tea consumes toxins so this is gonna help the cleanse. For dinner around 8pm were gonna eat jasmine white rice with yellow onions with garlic as seasoning, garlic helps with toxins to. They say brown rice is better for soaking up toxins but i like white rice and believe it also sucks up toxins. I had a big bowl but you can have what you want as long as you fill up. Cause that is all youre gonna eat, nothing else. Wake up the next day and drink 20ozs of water and and one of those body armor pedalytes then 4 hours before your appointment drink the Cleanse, i smashed mine in around 20 minutes cause half way through it was a fight and i decided the best course of action was to gulp it down fast and get it over. i then drank 50ozs of water and drank another 60ozs in smaller 20oz sittings, mind you i am drinking water the entire time after drinking the cleanse. Yes you will end up in the bathroom and when you do, you will thank me for the rice dinner with onions cause you will only spend 2 hours in the bathroom and your stomach should chill out. on the way to the appointment drink another 20ozs of water and then bring another 20ozs in so you can sip on. i passed mine with flying colors and i smoke a lot. just make sure to keep drinking water the whole time but my recommendation is to slam water early and then take it easy the hour and a half before the test. It worked for me. It got me down to 15 ng for a DOT test. Remember this does not eliminate THC from your system it just covers up a diluted sample. Make sure you order some drug tests to double check that you will pass. If you don't test yourself before you go take the actual drug test that's on you. I drink a gallon of Gatorade before I even drank the bottle. Once I drink the bottle I drink another 64 Oz of Gatorade. I lost track of how many times I peed but I took seven different tests at different points in time before going to take my actual test and I passed each and every one of them. Drink lots and lots of Gatorade don't drink just water you end up giving yourself water poisoning. I also ate a little something before I drink the bottle because it can make you nauseous it's a little rough on the stomach I also took some anti-diarrhea medicine because there's a lot of magnesium in this drink and if you don't take any anti-diarrhea medication you can end up with diarrhea really bad. Follow my directions and you should pass I can't guarantee anything cuz everybody's different but the product definitely worked for me.

This tastes so awful that I couldn't drunk the entire bottle and I've never been squeamish. I had to buy a different brand. I've used a number of detox drinks in the past for tests and none were anywhere close to as gross as this.

FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS TO A T! Bought the tropical flavor. Tasted like a super sweet and mildly spicey margarita. Was it great? No. Was it tolerable? Definitely. I don’t like spicey food and it was fine. The hardest part was drinking that much liquid in 30 minutes. Took it on an empty stomach as directed and felt fine. 30 minutes later I found myself on the toilet. It wasn’t as bad as others eluded to but you’ll be on there pretty consistently for 1-2 hours before that tapers off. I ensured I drank at least 48oz of water per day including the day I took the cleanser. This is less than I usually drink so no issue. I also ensured I urinated at least three times which also wasn’t hard to do with all that liquid. I took my test between the 3 and 4 hour mark when the cleanse is said to be at its peak per the instructions. Urine looked normal. I had zero business passing the test given I’m a daily user. I had only 3 days of a clean system (they recommend minimum of 3-7 days) and I passed no issue. I was shocked. I see a lot of reviews on here saying it’s useless and I can’t help but feel they did not follow directions. If you miss any step, if you don’t test in the 3-4 hour window you will not pass. the instructions are critical. HIGHLY recommend to anyone in a jam. As a bonus it did actually cleanse me and reduce some serious bloat.

This didn’t work for me, but I also smoke everyday without fail. And I stopped smoking a week before the test. Still failed. Not saying it doesn’t work, it didn’t work for me.
