Easy
It was my first time trying snow fungus. I loved these little packages because they made it super easy I just rip one open and add it to some hot water from the microwave. It melts into the water fairly easily and has a sweet flavor that isn’t too overwhelming. I got these because I heard about the amazing hydrating benefits of snow fungus, and while eating it the water gets almost the consistency of one of my hydrating serums, it’s not sticky but it’s definitely hydrating and thickens the water has a sweet flavor and the snow fungus doesn’t really taste like much otherwise. It definitely isnt a flavor I would crave often but if I get a dry mouth or want to be a little extra hydrated for whatever reason this would definitely be something I’d grab.

Delicious drink
Very easy to make. Delicious and a good soothing drink for the summer. Love the fact that I don’t need to spend long hours boiling the soup on the stove top and having to spend a lot to buy all the needed ingredients.
