Works great to cover bare ground wire
I bought this to cover the bare ground wire of nm cable inside an outlet box to make it safer from shorting against switch or outlet screw terminals. Worked perfect. I'm sure this is what it is used for in Europe. Should be available in USA. Had to order it from England thru Amazon.
