About handles
Its best if u have to have a granite cookware .. but do watch out, i have a habit of choping veggies while i cook, so to stir if u have to hold with one hand to the pot there is no protection to its handles its jus like a steel pot handles which becomes hot like the pot and u wil have to need to hold it wid smthing each time, i end up holding the hot handle as i have a habit of using safe handles over 15 yrs now.. go for save handle pots
