like the bottles & caps, they work just fine, they are a normal bottle which means hard to clean, have to find right size of bottle brush to clean them.

These are nice, heavy glass bottles. I use them for bottling cider and mead, and they work great. They latch tightly and securely.

Unfortunately this arrived broken in the box so I'm unable to rate the product itself.

Bottles seem good, but packaging was bad. One bottle was broken. Amazon makes you send back the entire package to exchange and I don't have time to wait another week for that.

The lids are quite secure, which is a positive for avoiding spills, but it does make it a bit hard to close them initially. It takes a bit of extra effort to ensure they are tightly sealed.Once you get the hang of it, it becomes less of an issue, but it's something to be aware of, especially if you have any hand strength or dexterity concerns.Despite this minor inconvenience, I appreciate the overall quality of the glass bottles and the secure seal they provide. If you don't mind putting in a little extra effort to close them, these bottles are a solid choice.

I bought these for bottling my Kefir water after the second ferment. I did get brave one day and tried to do the second former IN these bottles, not the greatest idea because I forgot to burp them after a few hours and one broke. But that is all on me and nothing to do with the bottles. One thing I can say about that tho! It was a clean break.. no exploding flying glass. It was actually still upright, just empty.. the base cleanly broke released its own pressure LOL.
