These are the best to keep a cold away. First sign of the sniffles, I take 2 in am and 2 in pm for two days. My cold does not develop. I have taken these on and off for several years. Highly recommend

I was hospitalized for weeks and diagnosed as IBS. DR. prescribed diet and meds were very restrictive and didn't help that much. Found a nutritionally trained pharmacist and he said to try this.
