Seems like a quality heavy gauge cable at a good price.
I was looking for a heavier gauge cable once I added an 1100W subwoofer system to my living room, and I didn't want to spend a ton of money on overly expensive cables. I thought I would give this one a try and I'm pretty impressed. The one thing I would note for others is that the rubber casing seems fairly thin on these. The upside is it's easy to strip the ends but it also means other objects can cut into the wire more easily when you don't want them to. But if you are mostly just running wire in a living room and not rolling up and packing down these cables regularly (like DJ'ing) in a hard use scenario, this will probably be just fine and gets you nice thick, pure copper cable that is heavy enough to carry serious wattage -- at a good price.

More cable than most will ever need.
Great all around value cable. Seems to actually be its rated gauge unlike some cables available online. Copper quality seems good based on visual inspection and how it handles both in its length and once stripped and twisted. Cable is easy to split, strip and attach or screw down in any number of ways. I'm not a fan of speaker binding posts or unnecessar spades, bananas, or other terminations and prefer to drill a small hole in my speaker back and wire direct to each crossover. Much better to eliminate unnecessary components than spend up to improve their quality. If I were spending over $10K on speakers I might consider moving up, but this should be more than sufficient for most speakers below this price point. Speaker wire is an antenna so going heavier gauge is not better for runs under 30 feet in most cases. 100% recommended. Do not be affraid of this being a generic brand. Quality is higher than expected.

Excellent copper wire
This copper speaker wire is excellent. The plastic is soft and pliable making it easy to use. Cheaper wire often has a harder plastic coating that I don't care for as much. The copper wire is composed of many very fine strands, which also helps its flexibility. It has a real quality feel to it. As far as it working, it works great. I am not an audiophile, but the speakers I've used it on (two different sets) sound great. It is more expensive, but you get what you pay for. As a chemist, I'm not sure about the 99.9 oxygen-free copper claim. Most copper metal is oxygen-free. High purity is important for better conduction.

Careful when stripping & splitting
I wish there was a 4.5 star. This is nice cable. Not wonderful cable. It has a good feel but I am concerned that the soft touch stuff may break down eventually as is usually the case with "tacktile" plastics. But that breakdown might be years away. It is easy to have the jackets split incorrectly when separating the pairs. So use caution and a sharp razor and go slow. Otherwise the jacket from one will split and leave chunks on the other. But this does appear to be solid copper strands which for this price is good. This replaced ~20year old Monster cable that I used w/o connectors. I don't really hear much difference but this cable with cheap banana plugs and extra shrink wrap look better and make for easier connecting. I would buy again.

Great wire, supple and strong.
I picked this up years ago to use in guitar cabinets. It is real copper, supple, hard to damage, and heavy. I quite like it, and it has help up very well over the last 4 years. The only issue is that it is pretty thick so unless you have an EVM style terminal on a speaker, you have some issues with soldering to the speaker tabs. Great wire though.

Excellent quality and very flexible
The very high number of very fine copper strands and the flexibility of the polymer used in the insulation make this speaker wire a pleasure to work with as well as having excellent electrical properties for for connecting speakers. The insulation is easy to strip and the fine strands are easy to work with to spread over self-crimping banana plugs. Also, due to the extreme flexibility, the wire lies flat on the floor without retaining any curvature from being on a spool; amazing. All in all it was a pleasure to work with this wire. All this and the benefit of 12 gauge, finely stranded, 99.9% OFC to connect my speakers. One more thing was that since I needed only 20 feet I could buy a 30 foot spool without paying for and then storing 80 feet more than I needed. BTW, the speakers sound excellent too.

Good quality and extremely flexible
I have been buying this product many times for over a decade, not for audio use, but for DC power wiring because it is durable and flexible, and perfect fit for XT-60 connectors. I don't know what the actual amp rating is, but I max the amperage usage to half of what 12 awg wire is rated for. I tried using other 12 awg wire, but they are pretty stiff and difficult to bend 90 deg around the corner. My only complain is that I wish they rate the amp capacity in 12v to 24v dc application

The Gauge of the Wire was a Bit Thick, But the Quality is Excellent
The thickness of the wire made it a bit cumbersome to work with, but the quality is great. I appreciated the coloration to distinguish the wires to make plugging them in easy. I used them with Quick Connect banana plugs to avoid having to pay a premium for pre-made wires. It was easy to fish the wires through the holes for the clips and to loop them around the back of the speakers, and they fit nice and snug against the base of the clips. The wires are super sturdy and definitely enhance the quality of sound.

I have not used it yet but I like the flexible shielding and it has some weight to it so it seems to be good copper wiring.
