Excellent quality product
I ordered this stool in hopes that it would help me alleviate some of the strain on my back and knees while gardening. After doing my research this particular product seemed to be the most well constructed and durable for the price. It arrived expertly packaged such that no part of the bench could have gotten damaged during shipping. Upon opening the box all I had to do was unfold the bench and snap the side arms into place. The bench is quite light weight and easy to carry yet it is sturdy, strong, and well stabilized once placed on level ground. To carry it from place to place the arms (which are metal with a plastic covering for function and comfort) fold down and snap securely into place as the bench becomes flat enabling it to be easily tucked under one’s arm or carried with one hand. A major selling point for me was the duality of function meaning that it can be used as both a bench and a kneeler/stool; one just has to flip it upside down. When used as a kneeler the long handles or arms offer great support when getting from the kneeling to the standing position. It comes with a thin, rubber, although somewhat hard pad on the kneeler side. However, I opted to pay extra for the strap on cushion which can be used for either side. It would be hard for me to either kneel or sit on the pad provided; the extra cushion is much more comfortable. The fabric covered foam cushion is washable and attaches with two straps with plastic buckles. The pad does seem to migrate out of position and requires repositioning from time to time. A nice canvas fold-over bag with compartments comes with the bench/stool and drapes over the side of one of the arms to hold whatever one’s heart desires such as gardening tools, water bottle, cell phone, etc. In addition a well made, carry-all canvas bag designed to hold garden tools also comes with the product. My major disappointment is that I have been unable to find much way to use the stool function while actually gardening, but I am petite so perhaps a taller individual may be able to remain seated while performing some of the myriad of chores gardeners do. I was able use the stool function to sit for about an hour as I stripped leaves from branches for the compost pile keeping me from having to stand over the receptacle while working. A secondary disappointment was that there was a choice of only two colors, brown and navy. I would have liked a Hunter Green choice (which I think some of their other items offer) to blend with the rest of my garden accessories. Truly both of these disappointments stem from my own personal preferences and are not reflective of the item quality or the company. As a matter of fact, a few days after the item was delivered, I received a very gracious email from the company thanking me for my purchase. All in all, this is a high quality, solidly constructed piece of equipment which can be an asset to any gardener but especially to one who is older, has physical challenges, or minor limitations that restrict movement and mobility. Happy gardening! Top 3 Likes: -Lightweight yet strong and sturdy -Dual purpose as a stool and as a kneeler with just a flip-over -Canvas bag is well constructed and seems durable Top 3 Dislikes: -Rubber pad is uncomfortable; I ordered the extra foam seat-a good thing -Only two color choices...no green -For a shorter person limited seated gardening chores

Knee saver/ plus seat 👀
Built really well. Nice thick pad that can be easily used on either side. Really like how easy it is to get up from the ground. I have both knees replaced. This is can be useful for working on your car or for going fishing and hunting. Light but built strong. Love it 😊 . Oh it has padding on both sides plus extra pad with straps to keep it from moving.

Garden kneeler is well-made, stable, comfortable
Great product! Highly recommend. Seller is attentive & follows up to ensure satisfied. This garden kneeler/seat is sturdy, stable & well-made. I find the cushion which can be used when sitting or kneeling is helpful in relieving pressure. It is easy to flatten for storage. The 2 bags for holding small garden tools, etc. come in handy. And the gardening gloves are nice. Better made than similar kneeler I bought that is unsteady if ground uneven (because it’s narrower). I’m going to buy another one for using inside the house for cleaning tasks and sorting through lower cupboards, etc. Very helpful when you need to get low to the floor/ground level and need a little assistance!

The refinements are worth the extra bucks, but…
Since I’m getting up in years, I was looking for lightweight seat I could take outdoors, something I could use to take break during yardwork. When I learned about these folding garden seat/kneelers, it seemed like the perfect solution, because not only would I have the seat I wanted, but I’d also get a handy kneeler thrown into the bargain. I was initially going to get one of the less expensive models, the ones that have an all metal frame, with the legs shaped a bit like a wishbone. I saw by the customer reviews that experiences & satisfaction varied with these models. After a bit more research, I settled on this Aimerla branded model. I liked the dense plastic refinements on the legs – it just seemed sturdier, and more thought out. In addition, I popped the few extra bucks to get the model with the removable foam pad, which can be attached to either side (seat or kneeler) that adds an additional bit of cushion to the fixed foam pads (please note you can get this same brand without the removable pad at a slightly lower cost but trust me, this is worth the few extra bucks). Well, I’m happy with what I received, yet I felt compelled to list some pros and cons/concerns: Pros: It’s lightweight, pretty easy to set up, and yes, I think the plastic accents/frame design help make it sturdier than the 'bare bones' versions. I’m around 5’10” and weigh around 170lbs and feel no wobble when sitting on this (when used on a flat surface). I’ll most likely be using the kneeler aspect much more than I thought – it’s nice to have the handles (legs) to help getting down/up from kneeling, and you need to bend less when frequently moving the kneeler from place to place. The detachable foam pad is definitely worth it – makes sitting/kneeling much more comfortable. The ‘bonus’ accessories are of decent quality (I’ll surely use the pocket caddy that easily hangs on the side – mainly for keeping a beverage handy. The garden gloves and the tool tote are nice, but they did not drive my purchase). Cons (or concerns): Not to be indelicate, but if you are large or overweight, this item may not be for you – despite the weight rating, it is on the small side. The spring folding mechanism works well, but you really need to pay attention when operating it – careless handling/finger position could result in a nasty pinch. I’d say this definitely isn’t a seat for unsupervised kids. The spring mechanism does take a bit of hand strength to operate. If you have weak hands, arthritis or neuropathy, this might not be for you. The fixed foam pads are neither very thick or cushy. They're 'ok'. The optional foam pad has belt style cinchers that you need to thread each time you switch it from the ‘seat side’ to the ‘kneeler side’ – it would have been better to use something easier, like interlocking clips on belts made of stretchy material. That’s why I docked this product one star. Note that aside from the quibble with the optional foam pad (which I still recommend), most of my “Cons” would apply to all garden seat/kneelers of this design – I’m overall pleased with the Aimerla brand, and expect to get a lot of good use out of it! :)
