Installed in a 2014 Subaru Forester. The wireless Android Auto works flawlessly and setup is simple. I am still trying to work out the kinks to regain my steering wheel controls but that is of no fault of the product. I believe for this particular vehicle a separate adapter must be purchased to retain them.

Now I've only had this radio for about two solid weeks and I can honestly say i have nothing to complain about. Since purchasing this truck, this will make the 5th aftermarket radio I've installed. The very first was a hundred dollar Apple CarPlay/android audio receiver from a no name brand. It had the Linux operating system that I knew nothing about prior to purchasing. It was OKAY, but very lagging . In every department it was lagging, touch response, loading of different sources.So then I go and I buy a Kenwood Exceleon and paid way too much (it was a higher model in their food chain) but still. Performance wise, it was great, sound quality was top tier, but the operating system and limited apps and customization were what did it for me. I didn't absolutely love the radio as a whole. I paid a lot of money for outdated looking fonts and graphics. So I sold it to get a Sony xav3250 which is towards to lower end of Sony's totem pole. It was cool, sound quality was good but not as good as the kenwoods. But Sony's Apple CarPlay interphase is exactly the same , limiting the user the certain apps most of which I don't use anyway. Functionality was on point but it was dull to me. Sold the Sony, acquired a pioneer from 2012 just temporarily and it was nice , pretty much same graphics as the previous Sony and kenwood decks I just went through. Lol and that's when I decided on the atoto . I opted for the android version with actual buttons on the unit bc I've heard bad things about the model with the invisible buttons . The actual buttons feel a little cheap and like they may break one day so I'll use my steering wheel controls mostly. The responsiveness has surprised me with how snappy it is . I have been running the head unit off of my phones hotspot and I can play a three hour long YouTube video straight through zero loading. Apple CarPlay works great . My old backup camera works like a charm on it as well. I'd definitely recommend . Although the sound quality out of my door speakers isn't fantastic I will get a dap to correct that so no worries .

This is my first android auto car radio. I bought it during black Friday for a great price. Setup was easy. Using android auto is a plus. I'm able to tether from my phone and my kids are able to watch YouTube on it. Installed a different rear view camera and it works great. installation is different for each vehicle but it wasn't too bad. I'm enjoying this radio in my vehicle.

Difficult to access iPhone connectivity and crashes so you have to hard reset often. We just missed the return deadline

I’ve had my A6G2A7PF since December and installed it myself in my Mini Cooper S. I wanted a touchscreen that would work seamlessly with my iPhone and that I can roll calls from without clients complaining about my sound quality. I have to say this has checked off all the boxes! When I get in the car my phone syncs in literally 4 seconds! I’ve got wireless carplay set up and run EVERYTHING off it. My Apple Music, maps, my contact list everything. I installed the microphone in my sunroof control unit and it’s crystal clear with my clients. I love this thing. I needed a firmware update for it and needed to contact customer support, it was super fast and easy to do. Fannie sent me a link, I downloaded it to a thumb drive and plugged it in-done! If you’re looking for a lot of bang for your buck, get the Atoto A6. It does everything you’ll need, hell I even watch Amazon movies when waiting for take out food ;) I highly recommend this touchscreen!

Giving this a 3 because although 80% of the time it works great .. there have been a few times in the couple months that I’ve owned it .(not daily driving however ) that it does tend to freeze up while trying to connect to CarPlay mode, I would however get fed up and use simple Bluetooth feature. One time it stayed frozen on my Waze app stuck in one position. (Picture posted) and it wouldn’t do anything even after turning the car on and off multiple times and I even returned home , next day it was still in the same frozen screen.So if the company wants to replace it cool if not I’ll keep this review at a 3

Okay now this is awesome!!! The screen is big, connects great to my android and my wife's Apple phone, the sound quality is great, volume control is very easy to use. You can download any apps on this including YouTube / Netflix for the kids! Great value for your money!!!

I’m really impressed! When everything is working it is amazing. I added a backup camera so now backing up my big old Buick Park Avenue is a breeze! All the functions are lighting fast! You will need a wire harness adapter for your car. My only complaint is Car Play doesn’t always connect. It just shows a twirling symbol. This happened about half the time. There is a work around but I shouldn’t need to. If not for that I would give it five stars.
