This worked great on a 15 pound turkey, this was my first time cooking a turkey like this and it turned out amazing

I don’t use this cheese cloth like I’m sure everyone else does. I’m a smoker and I smoke in my room. Nicotine and window AC’s don’t mix the AC get clogged up and doesn’t cool after a while. Till I decided to put cheese in front of it. Since the AC sucks air from the room to the outside the cheese cloth sticks to the AC. I just change the cloth every so often and my AC works great.
