Melinda’s Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce delivers exactly what it promises — bold flavor and serious heat. It’s substantially hotter than I remember, and I love it! The blend of ghost peppers, habanero, carrot, garlic, and lime juice gives it a rich, balanced flavor that enhances any dish without overpowering it. The squeeze bottle makes it easy to use, and the freshness of the ingredients really stands out. Perfect for spice lovers who want that extra kick!

My favorite sauce! It is extremely spicy, which is exactly what I love. The flavor is great and isnt overpowered by the spice. You dont need a lot of it to flavor/spice your food.

I have been using Melinda’s products since the 90’s when my dad introduced me to Melinda’s Habanero hot sauce. The ghost pepper hot sauce is my absolute favorite!

I’ve experimented with a lot of different hot sauces and I’m sold on Melinda’s. I’ve tried several different sauces from them / Melinda’s they all taste great as well as heat

HEAT: 7/10 Flavor & Heat: Good consistency. Nice burst of initial heat from the habanero, with a strong lingering fire that builds and dissipates slowly. The flavor isn't too bad if you like a vinegar forward hot sauce—not my preference in most cases but does have some uses. The vinegar isn't overpowering like some hot sauces I've tried. It's a matter of preference, so, while I probably won't be buying any more, others might like it. The flavor complexity and balance, however, is somewhat lacking. You get the fruity flavor of the ghost pepper, and a little of the habanero, but the only other flavors coming through are vinegar and salt. A bit disappointing. Reminds me a little bit of the Hell Fire Detroit Habenero hot sauce, but with the additional flavor of the Bhut Jolokia pepper. No stars lost for flavor since that is subjective, but one star off for lack of complexity. Good value for the money. If you like this kind of sauce, the bottle size is nice. I got the 10 oz and it will definitely last a while. Luckily I get about 20 months before it expires. The 15oz seems to be an even better value. The cap on the bottle arrived broken, and that was with good packaging—wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in a box. One star off for inferior packaging design. (Thicker plastic and/or shorter lid protrusion might help)
