If you buy by weight indication it may be way too small. Although I have requested return it has still not been picked up by Amazon!Returned and over a month later the refund is still not issued!

الدعامة ممتازة للي يعانون من الدسك الخفيفاو الي يعانون من آلام اسفل الضهر.ملاحظة ، يفضل لبس تشيرت خفيف ثم لبس الدعامة فوقها لمنع تهيج الجلدلا يفضل انك تلبسها اكثر من 3 ساعات متواصلةاستخدمها اثناء المشي ، او اي نشاط بدني يزيد الألم .انا كنت اعاني من أداء العمرة ، ولما استخدمته في العمرة الأخيرة فرق معي كثير بصراحة

Amazing, definitely works!

Works very well. I have spinal stenosis problems ever since I was a kid and this helps tremendously when I’m working. Fits great just make sure you order the right size look at the chart. Not very bulky at all can definitely wear underneath a shirt or jacket and it not be noticeable. Personally I like the color and also I really like how there is no extra steps to it. You don’t have to pump up the bags in it because there is no bags. Makes a huge difference that way and in my posture especially when I’m running equipment I feel it straighten out my spine and helps me to sit and stand without doing any slouching that just makes the pain worse so I like that a lot. As far as durability it’s one of the best back braces I’ve ever bought even after all the wear and tear and time I’ve had it it still feels good and hasn’t gotten tore up or bent out of shape. As far as stretchiness it’s good but make sure and look at the size chart because you want it to fit right and actually feel good when you wear it.
