Das Kühlkissen ist anfangs super, Hitzewellen mildert es toll runter. Ein passender Bezug dafür wäre schön. Ich habe es erst mit zum Kopfkissen in den Bezug gesteckt, aber das Kühlkissen ist sehr steif, rutschig und wenn es dann verrutscht wird es störend. Habe verschieden Bezüge ausprobiert, aber aufgrund der Größe müsste ich mir wohl selber einen nähen. Nach einiger Zeit nimmt es die Körpertemperatur an und dann wird es unangenhem, vor allem wenn kein Bezug drauf ist. Gegen Hitzewellen hilft es prima, für heiße Sommernächte reicht es leider nicht aus.

This has been an absolute god send during the heatwave, I’m 33 weeks pregnant and really struggling with sleeping. I bought this in the hope it can keep me a little cooler. Although it says it doesn’t need to go in the fridge/freezer, I’ve found this is the best way to keep it cooler for longer. I’ve popped it in the fridge for a few hours then tucked it under my sheet when I got into bed. Much more effective than a fan. It is a little weird laying on it even with the sheet over the top but it’s worth it for the cooling effect

I love these. They draw the heat away from you, so are really good in summer if you're prone to overheating. They do fit into pillowcases alongside the pillow, but I've found that having it in one place can get very cold, so I like to be able to move it to where it's needed. They're fairly thin, so not bulky at all. I tend to use one until it stops being cooling, then swap it out with the other one, and cycle them like that. (they reset themselves after a while if you put it to one side. Not to be put in the fridge or freezer!) Good for travelling, and if you're sitting in a hot room, as well as in bed. Worked perfectly the 1st night, with the heat it was the best night's sleep in a long time, but after that had to put it in the fridge as it didn't go cool again, (although it says doesn't need refrigeration.) That doesn't distract from the amazing feeling of cool this gives.

So kann man da schön bequem drauf liegen , Nur ist es schade das es nach eine Dreiviertelstunde nicht mehr kalt ist . Und dann bringt es nichts dann kann man es besser wieder weg liegen ,
