Will this work for a Pentair admiral s-15 skimmer? I also want to use the floating eir that mates to this. What model number is the floating weir?

I measured the opening to get the basket that fits. Float is same part number but has a "B" on the end. (Pentair R38013B)

How do i know if my pool setup uses a "floating weir"? ("the r38013a skimmer basket fits pentair admiral pool skimmers that use floating weir")

If your pool has skimmer flappers which flap back and forth to keep water flowing and dirt from exiting the skimmer back into the pool, then you have a floating weir.
