One of my favorite health investments for doing castor oil packs over my liver area.

These are THE BEST for castor oil packs! They are thick and don’t leak through like others. And they last forever!

I would not recommend spending your money on this, especially at this price point. First, it does not stay in place throughout the night the way even some cheaper versions do. More importantly, it gets castor oil everywhere. I have ruined more clothing items using this than with any other product I have tried. The design does not lay flat, which allows castor oil to drip onto clothing from either side. On top of that, the oil seeps through the material itself, so even the areas covered by the fabric can still end up stained. I was hoping that spending more would mean better quality and a more relaxing, enjoyable castor oil routine, but unfortunately that was not the case. I would honestly recommend saving your money and choosing one of the less expensive options or even the adhesive patches instead.

quality flannel. the downsides though, why is the strap 30ft long and skinny? also theres only 2 eyelets to loop it through, so it will only lay flat on you if youre laying down (not upright). i might sew on some wide loops and use a different/wider strap likea belt so i dont have to tie myself up like a mummy/strait jacket. i paired this flannel pack with heritage store organic castor oil and a heating pad, it makes for a very pleasant, relaxing sensation. health hackers suggest it increases circulation deeper into the liver (or wherever) to assist detoxification

I get why there's so much long strap, so it can be more universal but it definitely doesn't make it easy to use or sleep in. Seems a bit excessive and I'm not a small waisted person. I find myself not really using it as much as other items because of the hassle of the strap. I like that it's all organic cotton and appreciate that I've hurt. Perhaps it needs to be more thoughtfully designed so easier to use means more consistently used.
