Product made for India, not suitable for UAE
Regret buying this product by seeing the ratings, which are quite deceiving since the seller has no representative in the UAE. The product is shipped from India and there is no installation service from the seller or from Amazon (this information is not clearly visible on Amazon website). Despite multiple attempts with both Amazon customer service and the seller, the product was lying at home for 10 days for installation. Finally, I asked the building plumber who made a mess in our kitchen as there is no instruction manual, and even the sockets are Indian type (C type). I ended up running up and down to the nearby electrical shop twice to get the fitting equipment, pipes and sockets etc. DO NOT BUY IN THE UAE!

Excellent RO Water Purifier with Professional Installation
I am very satisfied with my Aqua D Pure RO water purifier. The water quality is excellent, the taste has improved, and the purifier offers great value for money. The installation was completed on time, and the technician Jay Prakash was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He explained the working of the RO system, checked the TDS level, and ensured everything was functioning properly before leaving. Overall, it was a smooth and hassle-free experience. Highly recommended.

Very poor after-sales service
NOT WORKING AFTER 5 MONTHS..And there is very poor sevice after sells .. As technician giving false commitments and the he will come at his time only at when we have no time. There were two' days past and still problem is not resolved. No body has came for the repair and I have to repair it by Local other RO technician with Charge paid and Also paid the amount of replaced part even if product in warranty.. Replaced part has been delivered by Aquadpure at free of cost hence 2 more star added.
