I am glad I got this. It saves time and to me is safer than using pots. The heat on the spout is great and allows free flow of the wax. It has been reliable and easy to clean.

I use it to make candles and scented candle sheets at home, and it handles large batches very well. As a beginner, I found this scented candle maker incredibly easy to operate. Just plug it in, set the temperature, and it does the work automatically. It greatly reduces the stress of candle making.

Works very well, heats up fairly quickly and is perfect for my small wax melt business. Only issue I've had is that the bottom inside coating has chipped off into my wax a few times after stirring with very light pressure. Other than that I've had no issues.

Purchased this item in 7/2025 and it’s no longer working. The item will not heat up. The heating element went out and I expected it to last at least a year or much longer. Will not want to spend my money on this again for it to do the same thing again.

Gave it 1Star because I couldn’t give Zero Stars, 2nd day using it and it’s Done! Tried troubleshooting Everything and can’t put anything more than what you see in this video, 185+ F and it can’t melt more then a few cups of wax… Absolutely NO way to contact anyone about it and No way to contact seller on Amazon I Don’t Want A Refund! I Would like it Replaced! UPDATE: They actually sent me a replacement after some trouble shooting 👍👍

Love this wax melter !!! It’s easy to set -up and easy to use !! Much better than using a stove top!!!

Even after hours, the wax is not melting, no improvement showing. I even tried the highest temperature and after 5 minutes, it stops heating and start insulation. There’s no way to use it and I lost a lot of wax trying to make this work. Just to see if there was a bit of melted wax, I tried to open the faucet and nothing. Do not recommend, big waste of money
