I’ve brought two of these now, they are just the right size, don’t take long to charge and you can hear it bubbling while it’s charging so don’t be alarmed by that. The cover is well made and lovely and soft and the heat lasts ages, and due to the size you can take it out with you too to keep you warm or help an ache or pain on cold days.

Comfortable, warms quickly and is small enough ( about the size of an A5 piece of paper) to travel with.I haven't had any issues with smell or anything that other reviewers have mentioned, and the charger seems safe.Time will tell how it holds up!

My 86 year old mother, who struggles with everything, has taken to using this quickly.It's an ideal appliance because she is always cold.However it is quite small, which can have advantages but a bit bigger would have been better.

I am so disappointed with this hot water bottle. I thought it was absolutely fantastic at first. It was very convenient and heated up quickly. It also got to a great temperature.After a month of use it has suddenly stopped working. It will only heat up to a level that is just about noticeable and does nothing to warm me up. What a waste of money.

I bought this for a family member who broke her wrist and have now bought a second one for someone else as it was so popular. Heats up quickly and is very nice and comforting to hold.

Very warm and retain heat for 4/5 hours. but smaller than expected. Unfortunately The ends of the interior heater poke througt the cover and are very very hot. Have concealed the entire bottle and cover in a fine material bag. Which might give more. Comfort. Otherwise it’s going back to thus only 3 stars

Brilliant hot water bottle and warms up quickly

Disappointed. Started well but after using for a few weeks never seems to heat up as much as it did. One good thing is it stays warm all night.
