Why did you pick this product vs others?:I bought this for my decal business to help in layering decals. The size is great and fits nicely on my drafting table and the 10 brightness settings are awesome, I actually have to lower the brightness because it is so bright. I had this in my cart forever and when it went on sale I finally pulled the trigger on getting it. Great investment!!!

My husband truly appreciated this. He's been looking for replacement from his old 1990's fluorescent light box he used to view slides with back in the day, but never actually buys anything for himself. This one ticked all his boxes; it's a super bright 10,000 LUX, LED so it doesn't get hot, has 3 different light settings, Warm, Cool, and Neutral White, dimmable, and the correct size of A2 to fit 11x17 paper stock, and the price point is on point. Haven't had any issues with the cord like some other reviewers experienced, so far so good! He's so happy, and that makes me happy. A great buy!

My fingers remain crossed that I will not encounter the issues a few others seemed to have had, because I really love this pad. I have two A4 pads and one other A2, and this one improves on all the issues I had with the others.The cord is firmly attached and located on the side, which is a really key improvement over others. Those with removable cords, particularly when placed on the front, are prone to pulling and bending. My other A2 required tape and glue to keep the micro usb outlet from pulling out. This one is solidly attached, and its placement means it won’t be subject to the same wear and tear.The different color settings and brightness levels are very helpful when diamond painting since I can adjust them to what makes the tiny squares most legible.Lastly, this one is a pure white surface without the pattern of dots I’ve found stamped on the glass of my others. I wasn’t sure that this would be the case because it’s not readily apparent on the listings of others I’ve purchased, but I’m so happy I lucked out on this pick as the pattern seemed to diminish clarity.I’m pretty quick to post when things go wrong, so if you’re not seeing any updates you can assume mines still going strong.

I love this so much. I use it for weeding eco solvent heat transfers. I love it I tell you. It’s so huge and I can’t put it down.

Update: the company got in contact with me promptly and replaced the pad. 4 stars since it took writing a bad review to actually get in contact with customer service. The pad is great though!I bought this for my wife for her birthday a few months back. She really enjoyed using it for weeding vinyl and doing projects with our daughter. Sadly though, it has stopped working since then. She plugged it in one day, and it just wouldn't turn on. We tried a different cord, and still nothing. She kept it on a shelf at room temperature and never put anything heavy on it. Tried to see about a replacement, but Amazon says to contact the seller and I can't find info on a customer service number. Their terms of service say to contact Amazon though... so it seems as though I'm not going to be able to get it replaced for her. Pretty frustrated and bummed out about it.

I am getting back into glass painting and needed light from the reverse side of my artwork looking for small areas that missed paint. This will be very nice to have. I like the larger size in order to do larger works of glass.

The media could not be loaded. I got the rechargeable A3 light pad. It has 3 shades of light that are adjustable, and I was pleasantly surprised by the third one which makes diamond painting much easier for me.It holds charge for many hours and I charge it with a portable battery, so I don’t need to move the light pad around to charge. It is a little thicker than I wanted which had me concerned, but that comes with being rechargeable and has no impact for my usage, so actually not a problem for me.Also, it’s great that the switches are on the side. With my smaller A4 pad with the power button on the top, I would often accidentally apply pressure while diamond painting, then had to root around and tap in random places to try to switch it back on again. Not a problem anymore!Very happy with this purchase and upgrade to my diamond painting tools.
