I use this band for 5 minutes before every chest day to warm up my shoulder and it works great, fits low profile in my duffle bag. If it snaps or gets stolen I'd buy this one again.

I needed some fitness bands for at home workouts being a new mom. The resistance level on these bands are what they say. They work great to attach to a door handle or a pull up bar for multiple uses. They’re super durable in workouts and you can’t beat the price!
