If you shake it with water it foams up before it’s fully combine. If you use fat free milk you get 70% foam lol. I stir it in slowly let it sit a few minutes then stir again and get ok results. Tastes as plain as it gets, basically tasteless so 5 stars there. Doesn’t bother my stomach like whey concentrate so 5 stars there too. Excellent purity and acceptable price.
