Really lightweight, but is a little flimsy. Overall good product.

The bag is really sturdy and travel friendly and great for short trips. It’s spacious and has a comfortable inner structure for the clothes and fragile items. The outer is not scratch resistant and easily gets scratched. Its lock works only sometimes.

Lock is not working
After unboxing the bag, the lock has not been working from the very beginning. I am very disappointed with the product.Kindly look into this matter on priority and share the correct procedure to open/reset the bag lock. If the lock is defective, please arrange for a replacement.
