FLEXINew Classic Retractable Dog Leash (Cord), 26 ft, Small, Blue

My kids (and husband) calls this the "Cadillac" of dog leashes! This leash is, by far, the highest quality leash we have purchased. Very happy with the product and its' performance. We walk (and jog) several miles every day, and through different terrain and weather. This leash's cord is pulled easily by my small 15 lb dog and the retraction can keep up with him and does a great job of preventing the cord from tangling under his legs. The smoothness of the cords pull and retraction is top notch, the cord is sturdy and high quality, and when we leave for our walk I know that my pup is in good shape with this leash. I purchased, also, two of the lights and one of the multi-boxes to go on the leash. I wouldn't purchase any other brand, now that we have had this leash!

The Flexi Classic leash that we purchased last July finally snapped where the tape attaches to the metal clasp . Considering that we had used it daily for 6 months, we felt it served us well, so we purchased two more of the same model: size Small, 26-foot. Unfortunately, the quality has deteriorated. The retractable mechanism does not flow smoothly. It frequently catches and locks up without warning. Both reels had the same problem, so we returned them. I can no longer recommend this product.

This leash is awesome. Lightweight, long and it has a nice, strong brake. I like how easily it is for my little dog to make it longer and how easy it is for it to quickly stop. Just be careful of rope burn when the dog runs by you or other people!

These are the best. Even if your dog isn't large. I wanted a long lead for him but was afraid he couldn't pull it out of the handle. He's a small Boston terrier. The tension is perfect. Not too tight.

This is my second Flexi leash. I used the first one for 7 years before it snapped. The quality of this new leash is shockingly less than my first one. The cording is much more flimsy, and I am concerned that it will snap. It is disappointing because I loved my first leash so much and it held up well. I guess we will see.

I paired this with a Voyager corduroy harness for my dog who uas a bum back leg and it's perfect! She doesn't mind it at all. She even runs!

The park I am walking my dog requires now to have your dog leashed as a bunch of "entitled people" got their agressive dogs loose, so I was looking for a real long leash; I wish it would be longer. 26ft seems to be longest you can find. However it works; my dog does not go usually that much further from me than 26 feet.

Great leash. I live the 8meter length so the dogs can really get a good run in. I uses shorter one in the city but out here in the country I don’t feel the need to let them loos with this long leash and it retracts well. These are tough leashes!
