Looks, fits and functions perfectly on my Leica Q3. I don’t love the ergonomics personally but that’s more because of the camera shape and not because of this grip. Better than OEM because it’s available and the price is right. Quality is 100% on par with OEM. I hit mine with some chalk paint in the recessed area to highlight the text. Looks fantastic.

A friend of mine has the genuine thumb grip for the Q3, and so out of curiousity, we met up and decided to compare this product from Amazon to the original. I know there have been many reviews stating this is a very good copy, but I can confidently say, comparing this product and the genuine, that they are INDISTINGUISHABLE. It is shocking how good this is. We got to a point where we had to keep track of which one was which, because we could not tell them apart after staring and comparing at all the different angles. The ONLY thing we could tell was the product number that is underneath the hot shoe is stamped slightly different (font and offset). Everything else, including how it feels and functions is identical. Buy with high confidence!

This is 2 thumbs up, even with all the Leica engraving & logo. As a bonus, it comes with a nice glass screen protector, but I can't use the free EVF screen protector. Sure beats the price for OEM which is more than double the price. It makes it so much easier and comfortable with the grip. It fits perfect for the Leica Q3.

Does exactly what is advertised, adds a grip to your Leica Q3. Perfect Fit!!! All buttons and dials are still accessible except for the EVF dial. This is essentially the same and the OEM version from Leica but at a much more reasonable price. I’m happy with this purchase

I bought this thumb grip for my Q3. I also have the Really Right Stuff L bracket on it, the combination of the two makes for an extremely firm grip. The thumb grip comes beautifully packaged, the grip is in a secure foam case. Also included are screen protectors for both the screen and EVF. As others have stated the EVF protector messes with the auto switch over, so I took it off as the others did. Also there is a cleaning cloth and an alcohol wipe and some paperwork, mine also came in a plastic bag. EVERYTHING in the package is labeled with the Leica logo, strange for a third party product. Bottom line, if you're looking for the perfect thumb grip, this is it....

This thing is perfect. Not sure how they allow it to be sold as a Leica part for $99 when leica sells it for $250. It's the same thing.

You always find a product on Amazon that appears to be built like the original at a better value. 50% of the time the product is just not what you expect and is a complete let down. I'm happy to tell you in this particular case that is not the result. This thumb grip is exactly like the original, frankly almost to the point it made me wonder a bit. It is a perfect fit and does exactly what you are looking for with the thumb grip, uh umm something that should have come with the camera to begin with. I highly recommend this, as in if you are looking to buy it do so right now.

I saw a YouTube video about this thumb grip and had to purchase it. Wow, it's literally the original Leica Q3 Thumb grip at the half the price. Fits the camera perfectly and definitely helps to get a firmer grip on the camera. 10/10 I highly recommend to anyone with a Q3.

Allora, la qualità del supporto per il pollice è buona. I pulsanti sottostanti si azionano bene e senza intoppi. Il foro per la regolazione diottrica, però, è praticamente inutile perchè non sporge a sufficienza per essere azionato. Poi il prezzo, che è molto alto e si trovano analoghe impugnature a prezzi più bassi. Questa stessa che io ho acuistato due giorni dopo era a circa venti euro in meno. Un mercato strano di questi accessori extramarket Leica, forse perchè trascinati dai prezzi leica che per essi sono "out". Mah!
