Q: Can these be used for a horizontal staff picture?

if you want to display picture, the cover would have to be bent back. then frame would not stand. I am using them to safely store pictures.

Q: Need 8x10 side slide in folder.

hey like I said there very flimsy. try B&H better value. the die cut wasn't as represented.

Q: Are we able to put sticker in front page or does it easily come off?

It is paper quality so if you place a sticker on it, this will not come off.

Q: I see printing on the inside in the product photos, are these ink jet printable? is there a "set up" template. included or downloadable?

No, unfortunately not. This is ink jet printable, but we do not have more information on doing this alone.
