I’m normally skeptical about taking supplements, but after watching the BBC documentary ‘The Magic of Mushrooms’ reading a blog by nutritionist Nicola Shubrook and doing a bit of my own research I decided to try Mycologic Mind Flow. On receipt the first impression was that it is a quality product, the bottle, measured dropper and packaging are so well made and designed you could send the product as a gift. I’ve been using the Mind Flow for 2 weeks, as the product is stronger than most of its competitors I’ve been taking slightly less than the recommended 2ml per day. Using the measured dropper, I’ve been taking about 1.7ml per day with one dose in the morning and one dose in the evening, this means that a bottle should last me about a month. I've noticed improvements in my mood, concentration and sleep. I have a smartwatch and over the last few nights the app has been recording significant improvements in the length of deep sleep and my sleep quality. Some people put the drops into various drinks, but I think the taste is OK and just take the drops straight into my mouth. I will definitely continue to use this product and hope that the benefits continue.

I have been using this supplement for about six months. My mind is sharper, I am sleeping better, and it has finally cleared that horrible fog. The packaging is lovely, and the bottle is made of high-quality glass. The taste is great; I've tried other tinctures before and always stopped using them due to their bad taste. This one, however, has a subtle, pleasant berry flavour when taken on its own. I've read about lion's mane mushroom and ashwagandha, and wanted to try them to improve my focus and manage stress. After a few days, I noticed a remarkable improvement in my concentration and overall mental clarity. The lion's mane mushroom helped sharpen my cognitive abilities, while ashwagandha significantly reduced my anxiety levels, allowing me to sleep more soundly. These supplements have become an essential part of my daily routine, and really helps me get out of a slump!

We have been ordering this product on subscription for well over a year. This bottle is not the same. It has no potency and is a different colour. It usually tastes awful and is a thicker consistency. This is just like pink water. Can you advise of how to rectify this. We have been very satisfied thus far. Thank you

I have been using this product for a few months so feel able to give an accurate review. Prior to this I was in the midst of perimenopausal brain fog- constant hungover feeling and struggling with energy, memory and focus. I tried this as I needed something that could work quickly...and I noticed initial clarity within the hour. Over the course of a few months I have definitely got what I needed. My mind feels clear, I'm sleeping solidly and feeling refreshed, and my brain is working! I cannot tell you how much this has helped me in running a business and life in general. I know its down to this...because if I forget to take my afternoon dose I can feel the difference. Taste is fine, and good value for money. Not noticed any side effects. I have been recommending to many people as it has changed my life. Hoping there is a bigger size in the future!

Well I have to say Im normally quite a sceptical person so I took a chance when buying Mind Flow. I am so glad I did because I’ve been taking it everyday for the past 2 weeks and can see amazing results. I sleep like a baby now and I’ve struggled with sleep for years but find myself drifting off quickly and deeply. My brain is 10x clearer ( my baby brain has been crazy the last 10 months ) Can’t wait to see more of what it has to offer over the next few weeks!

The product itself seems to help, easy to use etc, but unfortunately my latest one arrived faulty and I’ve had no response from the customer service and it’s a lot of money per ml EDIT: once the sellers were made aware (Amazon doesn’t make contact easy!) they were apologetic and sent out a new one straight away. Would give them another chance :)

The taste resembles alcohol. So far, I have no idea if it's working, but I'm not keen to take it every day due to its strong taste.

I feel really lucky to have come across these wonderful drops! I have them to my coffee and I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my mental clarity. I’m perimenopausal so I do get a lot of brain fog, moods are really up and down some days. I feel much lighter, brighter and cheerful and I love all the ingredients. Worth a buy :)
