Is it possible to make and receive calls using Siri voice commands only through this?

I have tried making calls with this hands free kit and am really disappointed as I can't make this function work. I am frustrated as I did at one point manage to make the unit play spotify and audible. but only a short while late I couldn't get it to do exactly the same function. I cannot work out why but it does not seem to respond to the "Hey google" voice request any more. Why? Can I make it work? Should I return the unit because it doesn't fulfil its initial promise?

does it tell you who is ringing?

No, this unit will ring when a call comes in and will not tell who is calling.

i need a longer lead , can you recommend one ?

The lead comes with the product is the common USB cable, if you would like a longer one, it can be found easily at any electronic shop.

Does it work with a none smart phone ie doro

Sorry I couldn't say as mine is a smart phone and it works great sorry I was unable to help
