Fantastic product. The machine very quite and mist level is great. The warm mist feature works really well, tl the touch feels cool, but when you breath it in, the air does feel warm. The nozzels are a fantastic feature which my son started to play with the mist (he needed it for a cold). Can't use a scent with this, but don't feel that's an issue.... This is a far better product that even Vicks make and price is great! Highly recommended.

I bought this because I love my smaller humidifiers but wanted one I didn't have to fill up daily. First try I was quite impressed with it. Although the carpet around it was wet. When I went to refill it I notice the base is full of water as if it has leaked out. My carpet is a mess from it. A piece also seems to have come off of it (like a peg with a spring attached). Disappointed as I think the item is therefore broken and not fit for use. Emptied it, dried it out and tried it again multiple times over a few weeks- not working at all. Would like a refund if there was any way to contact the sellers?

This product is great. I have been to England for around 3 weeks. Even though I live near the seaside, the climate is so dry that I get awake almost every night because of thirsty. This product saved me because it solved all the problem. It has 5L water tank, so I needn't always care about whether it is empty.

Arrived faulty. No power after plugged. It's totally NOT working. It also shows signs of previous usage (water marks and dirt). Do not buy. They will just redeliver my returned one to you again.

The first time I used it, it worked as it should, not sure if really added moisture to the air, just felt like it emitted steam but didn't do anything else - so it doesn't seem to be very effective. I used it throughout the day and it was going okay. The next day, I turned it on, it did not work and no steam came out, so I decided to throw the water out and give it a good clean. As I took the product apart, there seemed to be a lot of leakage, which I don't understand how as I had very tightly fastened the lid. So I threw the water out, wiped it down, let it dry and then added water a couple of hours later to test it. And it just didn't do anything, so I threw the water out again and left it for a few days. Today I decided to test it out again and it is working however, there seems to be steam coming out of the centre of the product also, which it shouldn't do. The product doesn't seem to be very secure. So I'm not overly impressed with this product, It is a cheap product so I guess for the price, you can't expect much out of it. It's an "okay" product, but I definitely would not recommend or buy again.

First night of having this in the bedroom. I slept like a baby. I normally wake up a couple of times a night but first night... ZzZzZzZz until my alarm went off. Brilliant. Only downfall is its currently unavailable and I can't buy another.
