Small and slips

Very small. Most exercises cant be done for a person with height around 1,74 m. Bottom of the stand slips. Extremely unstable for using the bench for example for hip thrusts. Injured myself the first time I tried this on there with weights.

Missing parts

Came missing with nuts and bolts required to set up the bench. Wasted and my time assembling it

Sturdy and light

Good quality, assembly instructions very clear and easy to assemble. Stable and light - perfect for small areas. Note that angle cannot be adjusted. Not a big deal but maybe something I would look for in a back extension machine. Although this is perfect for My needs currently.
