Works like a charm getting rid of pain and inflammation. Pain pills and other creams didn't work for me but this did.

Relief is at hand
My cousin recommended this product and I value her suggestion. When I received this ointment I can feel how the pain lessened. I am thrilled with the product; however I would appreciate a bigger portion being offer in the future. Aboniki Balm would have gotten 5 stars; however increase the size not the price and I will continue to be a loyal patron. All I can say is it works

Helpful relief for exercise related knee pain
Helped relieve knee pain but similar to other options I had a few weeks of knee pain from jogging and exercising, and a Ghanaian friend recommended I try Aboniki. I decided to give it a shot and it did provide noticeable relief after workouts. The balm is made with menthol, camphor, and eucalyptus oil which give it a cooling effect but also create a strong herbal odor. It did not bother me much but it is worth noting if you are sensitive to smells. My friend warned me not to use too much since it can cause discomfort, though I did not experience that myself. It may be a slightly different formula than what he was familiar with. While I found it effective, I believe other products such as Biofreeze can provide a similar level of relief. Still, Aboniki works well and is worth trying if you want something with a traditional formula and a natural base of ingredients.
